Australia are now out of the tournament after Afghanistan beat Bangladesh
Afghanistan defeat Bangladesh by 8 runs(DLS method) and they're qualified for the semi-final where Australia are out of the tournament in the on-going t20 world cup 2024 which is played between Afghanistan and Bangladesh at Arnos Vale Stadium. Bangladesh were all out in 17.5 overs and fails to secure a victory of small target. Afghanistan give the target of 116 runs to Bangladesh. But, after some time raining and bad weather conditions match was interrupted. And, ICC has decided to reduce target and overs to complete for Bangladesh. The reduced target was 114 runs in 19 overs. While, Bangladesh become all-out at just 17.5 overs. Due to poor batting from Bangladeshi batsman, they lose this game and also become out of the tournament.
