Pakistan keep their hopes alive to enter into the super 8 after beating Canada


Pakistan beat Canada 7 wickets and keep their hopes alive to enter into the super 8 in the on-going t20 world cup 2024 which is played between Canada and Pakistan at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium.

Pakistan chased the target of 107 runs given by Canada in the 17.3 overs by 7 wickets and make the chances alive to enter into the super 8. Pakistan batsman played slowly and calmly to complete this target. For this, Opener Mohammad Rizwan scored the highest runs for Pakistan. He scored 53 runs in 53 balls including 2 boundaries and 1 sixes. While, another opener Captain Babar Azam score 33 runs in 33 balls including 1 boundaries and 1 six. After that, Usman Khan came and make a team win with Opener Rizwan.

Canadian bowlers cannot restrict Pakistan like India restrict them but they bowl very well as they take game into the 17.3 overs at such a lowest total. Dillon Heyliger take most two wickets for Canada by conceding just 18 runs in 4 overs. Jeremy Gordon take one wicket by giving 17 runs in 3.3 overs. While, other bowlers couldn't take wickets which results them to lose this game.

In the first innings, Canada scored 106 runs against Pakistan bowlers. Opener Aaron Johnson scored the highest runs for Canada. He scored 52 runs in 44 deliveries including 4 boundaries and 4 sixes. Another opener goes after scoring 4 runs in 7 balls. Captain Saad Bin Zafar and Kaleem Sana scored 10 runs in 21 balls and 13 runs in 14 balls respectively. While, other batsman couldn't make double digit runs.

Pakistan bowlers perform really well in this tournament but sadly their batting doesn't help them to make some good results. Mohammad Amir and Haris Rauf take two equal wickets for each by conceding 13 runs and 26 runs respectively. While, Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah take equal one wicket for each by conceding  21 runs and 24 runs respectively.

Mohammad Amir became Player of the Match(POM) due to his economical bowling performance as he take two crucial wickets by conceding only 13 runs in 4 overs at the economy of 3.35.

India reached into the final of t20 world cup 2024

India entered into the final after beating England by 68 runs in the second semi-final in the on-going t20 world cup 2024 which is played between India and England at Providence Stadium England can't chase the target of 172 runs given by India where they were become all out at just 103 runs in 16.4 overs. England batsman fails to achieve the target and can't reached into the final in this world cup. England is the defending champion of t20 world cup 2022. Virat Kohli retire from t20 international

  Virat performed the player of the match while winning India the T20 World Cup title for the second time. Kohli, who did not make it to the semi-finals, scored 76 runs off 59 balls with 6 fours and 2 sixes in the final. India won the T20 title after 17 years and the ICC title after 13 years. In 2007, he won the T20 World Cup and the last time in 2011, he won the One-Day World Cup. This is the first T20 World Cup title for Virat, who was a member of the team that won the ODI World Cup.
